TIP: Use a thin tipped paint brush, dip it into the pop color nail polish & apply over neutral nail base

If you don't have enough shades of 1 color (like blue):
Mix white polish with a darker shade (just pour a little of each together on a paper towel & mix) to get different levels.
I incorporated glitter also (Martha Stewart)!

What You Will need:
A Shimmery base color & top coat
Loose Glitter: by Martha Stewart available at Michael's Craft Stores
Swarovski Gems: Packs available at Michael's Craft Stores
How to:
Paint all nails base color except glitter nail
Apply top coat
Apply Gem while top coat is wet
Paint glitter nail with top coat only and apply glitter when wet
Graffiti Nails
What you will need:
3-4 fun pop color nail polish shades for the graffiti
white or neutral shade for the base
Drink stirrer straws (one for every pop color)
How to:
Step1: Paint your nails white or neutral shade & let dry completely
Step2: Lightly paint the tip of the straw with a pop color
Step 3: Press firmly to your nail & hold in place for 5-7 seconds
Step 4: Repeat on each nail with each pop color

DIY Reverse Half Moon
How to:
Step1 - paint your entire nail your base shade (half moon color)
Step2 - Let dry completely - VERY important!
Step 3 - place 1/2 of a binder hole reinforcement sticker at base of your nail bed - press firmly
Step 4 - Paint tip shade
Step 5 - Remove sticker from nail
Step 6 - Repeat on all fingers and apply top coat
